Small Molecule Induced Polymerization and Degradation of BCL6
Targeted protein degradation is a powerful potential therapeutic approach. Here, cancer-related protein BCL6 is bound by a novel small molecule inhibitor (blue) that causes filament formation and subsequent degradation.
