Two Photon Imaging of an Awake Marmoset
This illustration demonstrates the experimental set-up that allowed researchers to collect live images of blood flow in a marmoset brain at varying angles using two photon microscopy. This included the custom skull cap (A) with port for microscope objective (B) and attachment for a stabilizing rod (A,C), as well as a stage that could be rotated on a ball joint (C).
